Based in Marienberg in Saxony, Gebrüder Ficker GmbH is a traditional, family-owned company with over a century of
experience in mould and toolmaking. A highly competitive supplier to a range of different industries, especially the
automotive and medical engineering sectors, we make pre-production and production moulds for injection moulding,
die casting and multi-component applications.
Using the very latest CAD-CAM systems we develop complex tools which we then produce using our ultramodern machinery.
The resulting tools are then installed by our experienced employees and are closely monitored right up until the end of the
first sample phase.
Our company is VDA-certified, providing documentary proof of our high quality standarts. We can manufacture both first
samples and entire production runs in our own injection molding facility. 3D measurement machinery and optical
technology are used to provide quality assurance monitoring of the production process.
We are well equipped to face the future thanks to our special know-how in the production of plastic parts including
metal inserts and our complete prcess chain covering everything from CAD modelling through to series production.
